Meet the Dallas Team Behind Mason Remodeling Co Dallas
We’re not a rotating cast of subcontractors you’ll never see twice. The crew that runs Mason Remodeling Co Dallas is the same group of people who’ve been remodeling kitchens, baths, and whole homes across Dallas since 2004, working under the Threshold Group umbrella. Every person below has passed a background check, had their identity verified, and shows up in a clean marked uniform with a photo ID badge at your door. You’ll know their names before they arrive, and you’ll recognize their faces when they get there. That’s not a courtesy. That’s the way we work.

Our People

Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 18 years in the trades, the last nine of them with Mason Remodeling Co Dallas. He holds certifications in Schluter waterproofing systems, which matters more than most homeowners realize: that’s the orange membrane you’ll see under your tile before anyone sets the first piece, and if it’s done wrong, you won’t know until water has already found its way into the subfloor. Marcus specializes in full bathroom gut-and-rebuilds, particularly in older Dallas homes where the original framing rarely matches the plans. He claims he can tell a 1960s ranch from a 1980s builder-grade by the sound the reciprocating saw makes. Nobody has proven him wrong yet.
Lena R., Senior Installer
Lena joined the crew in 2015 after running finish carpentry for a custom cabinet shop in the Design District. She’s our go-to for kitchen remodels that involve specification-grade cabinetry from KraftMaid and Wellborn, and she’s particular about reveals, scribe lines, and the way a drawer soft-closes. If a countertop seam from Cambria or Silestone lands in the wrong place, Lena is the one catching it before the adhesive sets. She’s also the person on the team most likely to tell you, in plain terms, that your walls are out of square and exactly how much that will matter by the time we’re done. It usually matters less than you’d think, but more than a cheap quote would ever mention.
Daniel S., Service Coordinator
Daniel is the voice you’ll most likely hear when you call (432) 302-8761. He’s been coordinating projects for Mason Remodeling Co Dallas for six years, which means he’s the one making sure the right people, materials, and permits all land on the same day. Daniel builds the written price packages before any work starts, so when you see a number on paper, it’s already been cross-checked against material lead times and crew availability. He keeps a wall calendar in the office that looks like a conspiracy board, but he swears it’s just the only way to track 13 cities of projects without missing a single inspection date. He’s right.
Andre P., Apprentice
Andre is two years into his apprenticeship with Mason Remodeling Co Dallas and came to us through a trade program after deciding a desk job wasn’t going to stick. He works alongside Marcus and Lena on demolition days, hauling debris, learning waterproofing technique, and asking the kind of questions that make the senior crew stop and think. His specialty so far: keeping job sites clean enough that a homeowner can walk through at 5 p.m. without finding a stray drywall screw in the hallway. That’s a skill you appreciate the first time a remodel runs past month one and you’re still living in the house.
One Standard, Every Job
Mason Remodeling Co Dallas is part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies, and that means something specific here. Every crew member follows what we call The Threshold Standard: background-checked, identity-verified, in uniform, introduced by name and photo before the visit, badge at the door on arrival. A written price before any work starts is not a promotion and never waived. A written guarantee covers every completed project, with terms in plain language: what’s covered, what’s excluded, and for how long. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise applies across general contracting, bathroom remodels, and whole-home work. If something isn’t right within a year of completion, we make it right at no cost to the homeowner. That promise has been standing since 2004, and it’s the same in Dallas as it is across every Threshold location.
